Cancel/Change Order Policy for Yardstart

At Yardstart, we understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel or modify your order. We strive to provide flexibility to our customers and will do our best to accommodate changes when possible. Please read through our Cancel/Change Order Policy below for more details on how to make changes to your order.

  1. Order Cancellation

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast shipping. As a result, there is a limited window for cancellations. Please follow the guidelines below:

Cancellation Timeframe

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST on business days may be canceled the same day if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day, and cancellations may not be possible.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item for a full refund if it meets the eligibility criteria in our Return & Refund Policy.

How to Cancel an Order

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@yardstart.com. Provide your order number and a request for cancellation. We will confirm whether the cancellation can be processed before your order is shipped.

  1. Order Modifications

If you realize that you’ve made a mistake with your order or need to modify it, we will make every effort to accommodate your changes. However, modifications can only be made before the order has been processed.

Modification Timeframe

  • Order modifications can only be made within 1 hour after placing the order, provided the order has not yet entered the processing stage.
  • After the 1-hour window, we are unable to modify the order, as it will likely have already been processed or shipped.

How to Modify an Order

To modify your order, please reach out to our customer support team at support@yardstart.com as soon as possible. Provide your order number and specify the changes you would like to make. We will confirm whether the requested changes can be accommodated before the order is processed or shipped.

  1. After Shipping: Returns and Exchanges

If your order has already been shipped and you are unable to cancel or modify it, you can still return the product within 60 days under our Return & Refund Policy. In some cases, exchanges can be made depending on product availability.

  1. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled before it has been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Refund Processing: Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after cancellation.
  • Payment Method: The refund will be credited to the same payment method used during the original purchase.
  1. Important Notes
  • Changes after Processing: Once your order has been processed and shipped, no changes can be made.
  • Non-Cancellable Digital Products: For digital products or services, once they are delivered, they cannot be canceled or refunded.
